Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  We can usually accommodate your service request quickly; however, a 24-48 hour notice is requested before services are needed to ensure the best results and services for you. *Pet Sitting service requests should be booked 30 days or more in advance and 6 months or more in advance for holidays and summer months.

We realize that emergencies do come up from time to time, we will gladly do our best to accommodate your service request as our schedule permits. *Additional fees will apply for all after hour services; fees will vary based on service request and duration*

If you must cancel pre-arranged scheduled services, we ask that you please give us as much advance notice as possible. Thank You! *Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice - See full OTB Cancellation Policy on our Policies and Procedures page*
