About Us - It's Really All About You!

Outside the Box Services (OTB) was inspired in the heart and mind of Donna Sullivan as a result of her working in workforce development and community services for over twenty years.  She realized from all of her experience working with people; area employers, job seekers, business associates, co-workers, family and friends, that many of them had a difficult time balancing work, home, family, project deadlines etc.  Donna saw an opportunity to serve people; businesses and community in a more personal and significant manner and OTB came to life.  

A "care-giver, multi-tasker, animal lover and problem-solver" by nature, Donna has extensive experience in personal-companion care, pet care, organizing, grant management, program development and implementation, human resource management, office coordination, customer service and administrative support. Dedicated to service and community she has been involved in charitable and community events, coordination and service both personally and professionally for the past twenty five years.
